Terms And Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all vehicle owners as well as any passengers in the vehicle.
By parking your vehicle in the car park you acknowledge that you enter into this contract with us on the basis of these Terms and Conditions.
Our attendants on site are responsible for using reasonable care in the operation of the Car Park. Their duty is to assist in the function of the car park and although their presence may act as a deterrent to criminal activity, you should bear in mind that St Vincent’s Car Park is not locked and therefore we cannot guarantee that unauthorized vehicles will not enter the car park or their occupants potentially cause damage to property or theft. For this reason, cars are parked at the owners risk and we do not guarantee the security of your vehicle and/or its contents.
If your vehicle is damaged whilst in the car park you should inform a member of our staff on site or in the event of theft or criminal damage you should inform the police immediately.
· Please ensure before you leave the car park your vehicle is securely locked.
· Always park in between the parking bay white lines.
· Please make sure if your vehicle is fitted with an alarm, steering lock, or similar device, that it is engaged.
· Wherever possible please take your valuables with you when you leave your vehicle.
· If you do leave possessions in your vehicle, you do so at your own risk. Please do not leave possessions that are visible.
· No activity in connection with the selling, hiring or other disposal of vehicles or goods or services shall be carried out in the car park without our prior specific permission.
If you damage another vehicle you should report the matter to one of the site attendants immediately. You must also notify the owner of the other vehicle by leaving a note on the windscreen of their vehicle providing your name, address and vehicle license plate together with any contact telephone details.
Please drive carefully in the car park at all times and take care parking and walking on any uneven ground.
Upon entering the car park it is important that you park within a marked bay. If you are unable to find a space for your vehicle, an attendant will provide assistance.
In the event of vehicle breakdown you should contact the attendant to ensure that your vehicle removal or repair is organized without causing disruption, damage or danger to any other person or property in the car park.
